Kean has had experience in many different roles from Project QS to Commercial Manager, Claims Consultant, Contracts and Procurement Specialist and has had experience in different industry sectors. Kean can produce pre-contract estimates, through to contract closure, and claims consultancy work, including expert witness skills, and has experience working as a PQS and for Main Contractors. Kean provides costing, budget management and reporting, estimating, procurement, commercial management, risk management, contract drafting and administration services to a project. He has also worked as the Developers and Funders QS on prominent urbanisation and land development projects.
