Oene is Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 16 years’ experience gained in New Zealand, Malaysia, Zambia, Mozambique and South Africa. He has been a professional member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2016.
Oene relocated to New Zealand and joined Cuesko in 2019. Oene has been involved across various disciplines in the engineering, mining and infrastructure sector.
His experience includes major roading projects, bulk earthworks, civil engineering work, building work, mining and underground development, structural, mechanical, platework and services (including electrical, mechanical and control instrumentation).
Oene has gained a proficient understanding of the specific contract documentation used on major construction and engineering projects. This documentation includes NZS 3910, FIDIC, NEC3 and bespoke forms of contract documentation.
