Vincent is a member of the Chartered lnstitution of CiviI Engineering Surveyors (Commercial Management). He has over 23 years experience in the construction industry gained both internationally in countries as diverse as India, Dubai, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Lesotho, Malawi and Jamaica and over 6 years gained here in New Zealand.
Since being here in New Zealand Vincent has gained recognition as an appointed NZTA Peer Reviewer and Parallel Estimator. He has worked on several important national infrastructure projects in RaiI, Roading, Aviation, Utilities, lnfrastructure Rebuild and Public Transport.He has also worked as the Developers and Funders QS on prominent urbanisation and Land development projects.
