Andrew is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years of experience across civil infrastructure and construction projects throughout New Zealand. He has worked on projects ranging from $5M to more than $700M, including major motorway and wastewater treatment infrastructure developments.

Andrew combines strong technical expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration with practical contractor-side experience from tier 1 & 2 delivery organisations. His knowledge of NZS 3910 and PPP contractual frameworks enables him to provide commercially sound advice, identify project risks early, and support effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Andrew is known for his collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with clients, engineers and project teams to achieve successful commercial outcomes
