David is a Director with 25 years of experience across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Norway.
A professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2009, he has delivered strategic contractual and commercial expertise on projects spanning building, civil engineering, transportation, infrastructure, aviation, industrial process engineering, and oil & gas.
He adopts a big-picture perspective to deliver the best possible commercial outcomes for both public and private sector clients, guiding them from feasibility and concept design through to construction and completion.
Prior to specialising as a PQS, David spent several years with a major main contractor, gaining invaluable insight into construction methodologies and processes.
