Johan is an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on a wide range of projects in New Zealand and South Africa.
Johan has a broad range of experience, primarily in infrastructure / civil engineering works, bulk earthworks, building work, mining infrastructure and developments, vertical shaft sinking, structural, mechanical and platework, services (including electrical, mechanical and control & instrumentation) and demolition and rehabilitation work.
During Johan’s career he has gained a proficient understanding of the specific contract documentation used on construction and engineering projects. This documentation includes FIDIC, NEC3, NZS:3910, COLTO and bespoke forms of contract documentation.
