Qualification – NZ Diploma in Quantity Surveying

Johann previously worked for a main contractor before joining Cuesko. He has gained valuable experience in contract management, trade package procurement, assessing progress payment claims, valuation of variations, cost estimation, preparing tender documents and contract negotiation.

Since joining Cuesko, Johann has built up significant experience working on refurbishment projects including the remediation of Auckland International Airport following the flood event that occurred on the Auckland Anniversary weekend, and refurbishment of amenities in the international terminal. Johann also worked as a quantity surveyor on The International, a luxury residential apartments project rising above the historical Grand Hotel façade.
