13-15 Kaipatiki Road, Glenfield

This social housing project is located at 13-15 Kaipatiki Road, Glenfield.

The project entails the construction of a five-level building with 34no. apartments as well as associated civil and landscaping works.

The project is currently going through the Resource Consent process and construction is hoped to commence late in 2020.

Cuesko has been involved in the project since early design stages and has provided estimates and assisted in value engineering.
