25 Waihou Road

The Waihou Road project is 7-hectare site located in Te Aroha off state highway 26. Matamata council have identified this site as having potential to be subdivided for future commercial buildings to operate.

Waihou Road is still in the early stages of design development. However, Cuesko have been working closely with Matamata Council and the development team to provide cost estimates.

The current scope entails the development and subdivision of a rural site. This development will be completed for commercial use, requiring earthworks, Retaining walls, stormwater/drainage systems, along with roads and landscaping.  

Cuesko has been approached to provide pre-contract cost advice, including multiple    cost estimates helping guide the client to make informed decisions. 

The teams within Cuesko work as one, enhancing our estimates and overall knowledge. With a deep selection of resources we can provide quick turnover for high level estimates with concept level information.

After our initial estimate we can continue to adjust and refine our product at the client’s request.
