This commercial development comprises a 24,000m2 office development in Albany consisting of two-level basements and a 6-level office building.
The design/procurement phase finished in November 2020.
During the design phase Cuesko undertook multiple optioneering studies to assist the client and design team compare different products, systems and materials to meet the overall project budget.
Cuesko played an instrumental role by providing these cost studies in a timely manner, leading value-engineering workshops and keeping the cost management register up to date.
During the post-contract stage Cuesko lead the procurement of the internal fit-out trades which were included as provisional sums in the contract.
In addition to the above we performed typical post-contract quantitity surveying services which includes monthly payment valuations, variations reviews, etc.
