Construction of a 300-plus new home development in St Johns first required a substantial earthworks project to ready the heavily contaminated and rock based site for future works.

Cuesko were employed from the procurement phase and throughout the Construction Phase to provide independent quantity surveying services and act as a peer reviewer for progress claims, methodologies etc.

The construction phase consisted of bulk earthworks to provide a 300-plus lot ready for construction works in 2024 and a new reserve to serve as a green space for future residents.
