AgResearch – EQ Repairs

Cuesko provided multiple Earthquake repair estimates for the buildings at the AgResearch buildings in Lincoln. This included not only the structural, architectural works but also extensive M&E works including a boiler replacement.

The project included 9 buildings of various sizes configurations, ages and uses.

The claim has yet to be settled with the insurer as it came to light that on survey, the buildings had asbestos throughout the buildings.

The outcome is the the estimates had to redone to account for the additional scope of work.

The project has been successful, in helping the client reach settlement and begin the repairs process.
