This Project consisted of creating a subdivision and building platforms for Three Build Partners.
The works included;
• Demolitions of existing buildings.
• Remediation of ground (hydrocarbons and asbestos).
• Earthworks to provide building platforms in excess of NZS3604 requirements in order to suit the masterplanned dwellings being built by three build partners.
• Road and Accessway construction including rain gardens and other LID features.
The Project was undertaken outside of the earthworks season and required considerable ground stablisation to progress the works in a timely fashion. This necessitated a significant input in cost management to identify costs and constraints at the earliest possible time to ensure budget impacts were notified and minimised for the client.
Cuesko undertook full QS Services and Engineer to the Contract Rates including Pre-Contract estimates, Schedule of Prices, Tender Evaluation, putting together the NZS3910:2013 measure and value contract, Cost Management and Reporting Final Account Negotiations, Practical Completion and Final Completion Certification.
