Campbell Crescent Upgrade

The Campbell Crescent Upgrade project involves the redevelopment of part of Cornwall Park. The work comprises new-build and reconstructed basalt stone walls, reconstruction of the grand stairs, basalt stone / masonry retaining walls and a new pre-cast concrete culvert leading into the underground pump-room, refurbishment of the existing water foundation (including pipework, pumps, filters, feature lighting, etc.)

Cuesko were engaged by Boffa Miskell to undertake a Detailed Design Cost Estimate and prepare a Schedule of Prices for inclusion in the Tender Documentation.
