Cornwall Park Nursery

Cuesko prepared a Feasibility Design Cost Estimate on behalf of Cornwall Park Trust Board in November 2018.

The project comprises of:

• – Demolition of existing structures & site clearance,
  – A Staff building and a potting, propagation & storage building,
  – 2 no. greenhouses, a shade house and soil & material storage bins,
  – Drainage works including holding tanks and a wastewater treatment/septic tank,
  – Irrigation systems to the greenhouses and shade house, water reticulation, mains power reticulation, telecommunications reticulation, external lighting and CCTV.
  – External works including roading, car-parking, equipment storage areas, wrenching yard and raised garden beds.
