PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Fairway Gardens development comprised 210 apartments, 24 care units, and 16 dementia care units, along with a central amenities building featuring a bar, restaurant/café, and lounge area.
The 210 apartments are distributed across three block types, each varying between two and three levels to provide a diverse range of living options
The development is situated on a 35,000 m² portion of the existing Pakuranga Golf Course, integrating seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
The project was delivered in two stages, with civil works commencing in December 2019 and the final stage of building completion achieved in September 2023.
