The project comprised the construction of a 1,175 m² warehouse with integrated offices, a separate 500 m² standalone office building, and a 17,225 m² car park.
The works included the development of new parking areas and the construction of two separate buildings, each intended to be leased to different commercial tenants.
A significant change arose during the project when the Go Rentals office building was increased to double its original size following the issue of construction drawings. This change was efficiently managed through early engagement with the main contractor and a comprehensive cost and scope review undertaken by Cuesko, allowing the programme and budget impacts to be resolved swiftly.
Cuesko was engaged during the pre-contract phase, delivering concept, preliminary, and detailed design cost estimates, which formed the basis of the Airport’s capital expenditure approvals. During the post-contract phase, Cuesko provided full cost management services, including:

- – Payment recommendations.
- – Ongoing financial reporting.
