Gulf Rise Precinct 2

This is the second phase of a Metlifecare development being carried out in Red Beach, Auckland.  The development will comprise six multi-storey apartment buildings, a dedicated care building, an amenity building, and extensive landscaped areas throughout the site.

Upon completion, the development will deliver 170 Independent Living Units, 13 Dementia Units, 12 Care Units, and 11 Serviced Apartments. A range of parking solutions will be provided for residents and visitors, including at-grade car parks, undercroft parking, and basement parking.

Sustainability is a key focus of this phase, with the Care Building targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating. In addition, selected buildings will incorporate electric vehicle charging stations, and the development will feature an outdoor cinema area to enhance resident amenities.

Construction of this development started in 2020, with current completion planned for 2026.
