International Terminal – Retail Tenancies and Back of House Works

This project comprised of upgrades and refurbishments to multiple retail tenancies and back-of-house areas within the International Terminal Building (ITB) at Auckland International Airport.
The works were delivered across multiple stages over an extended period, carefully programmed to suit the operational airport environment and manage significant passenger interface requirements.
The project involved a wide range of stakeholders, including retail tenants, airline operational staff, and Auckland Airport operations, requiring ongoing coordination and commercial oversight.
Cuesko’s role was to provide comprehensive cost management services, including the preparation of cost estimates and cost plans, as well as monthly financial reporting. At various stages of the project, Cuesko also delivered:
- – Tender recommendations.
- – Review and assessment of variation costs.
- – Negotiation and agreement of final accounts.
