This project comprised upgrades and refurbishments to multiple retail tenancies and back of house areas in the International Terminal Building at Auckland International Airport.
These projects were completed in multiple stages over a protracted period to suit the operational environment of the airport with significant passenger interface.
The various projects involved multiple stakeholders, ranging from retail tenants, airline operational staff to Auckland Airport operations.
Cuesko’s role on the project was to provide cost estimates, cost plans and monthly financial reports. At various stages of the project Cuesko also provided tender recommendations, reviewed variation costs and negotiated final accounts.
