PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This development entailed the staged construction of 850 residential lots, commercial facilities, park/amenity spaces, and a privately owned on-site Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant; as well as the construction of 181 2-storey homes.
Cappella Group engaged Cuesko for bank/funding reporting, post contract services (building works), and the role of Engineer to Contract.
- The scope of Cuesko’s role on this project can be summarised as follows:
- Bank/Funding Quantity Surveyor, including review of, and commentary regarding the following:
- – Development Budget and contingency provisions.
- – Programme.
- – Insurances.
- – Statutory approval (Resource Consents, etc.)
- Drawdown report, including discussion of the following:
- – Verification of development expenditure.
- – Cost to complete for each approved development.
- – Confirmation that all parties have been paid to date.
- – Programme
- – Compliance with consents & related conditions.
- – Adjustments in forecast costs & remaining contingency levels.
- Post Contract Services:
