Laurence Stevens Drive upgrade along with Park and Ride South and Te Ara Korako Drive extension are the three projects Auckland Airport will deliver at the end of 2023 which aim to bring improvement to transport links from South Auckland.
The said upgrade, with 3 separable portions, will include construction of T3 lane for buses including airport link connecting Park & Ride South and Puhinui station.
Cuesko provided full cost management services including but not limited to production of works tender schedule, tender analysis, bases of payment and post contract administration to make sure that the project is delivered within budget.
This project produced a high-quality carpark which significant phasing and staging was used. As a result, the existing carpark remained operation during this time.
Cuesko was involved in the post contract services; payment recommendations and financial report.
