LED Street Light Programmed Replacement

Cuesko have been working within the Tauranga City Council (TCC) team as part of the P-Cat and V-Cat LED streetlight luminaire replacement project. Cuesko have been instrumental in advocating an alliancing approach with a preferred installation contractor being appointed on a target cost basis with a share of savings.

The project involved a high degree of uncertainty in terms of scope and cost. This innovative procurement approach saw TCC reap a significant share of savings at the end of the project.

Cuesko wrote a draft contract and worked with TCC external lawyers to finalise the wording.

During the delivery phase Cuesko provided all cost management and contract administration services for the project throughout the duration.
