Massey Childcare Centre

Cuesko was engaged by Massey University to provide budgeting, tender analysis, and post-contract quantity surveying services for this Childcare Centre project.

The project involved the relocation of two existing buildings from Massey University’s Oteha Rohe Campus, followed by upgrading and fit-out works to accommodate their new use as a childcare centre.

The two buildings were configured to provide dedicated spaces for infants and toddlers, as well as a separate area for children aged 2½ to 6 years.

The childcare centre incorporates a range of functional spaces, including sleeping rooms, kitchen facilities, reception and administration offices, deck areas, and outdoor play spaces, designed to support a safe and engaging early learning environment.
