Metlifecare Dannemora

Dannemora Gardens is an aged care Village located in Botany Downs, Auckland.

The complex consists of a number of 3-4 story blocks, interconnected with suspended walkways and courtyards, swimming and exercise facilities and private park and garden areas, along with central bar, café and recreation areas.

Cuesko were appointed as part of a specialist refurbishment team brought in to provide advice and to peer review the complex re-clad project underway to two blocks adjacent the pool area.

The project was complex, with the process of discovery uncovering issues throughout the project. It was embedded in an operating village, so the challenge was to complete the works quickly, to allow residents to re-occupy their residences while minimizing disturbance to neighbors.
