Metlifecare Edgewater Village

The Metlifecare Edgewater Village is a refurbishment of the existing village situated in Pakuranga, Auckland.

The village consists of four buildings, which will include Independent Living Units, Care Rooms and Serviced Apartments and extensive landscaping.

This retirement village offers many luxuries like a swimming pool, spa pool, gymnasium, library, café, lounge and more.

The project is set to be completed at the end of 2021.

The four buildings are set out in such a way that the arrangement accommodate a courtyard and outside area with beautiful landscapes. This area will not only be a sight to see from the apartments but also open for travelling through by the residents. It will also be pleasant to the eye of the public with its face brick finish metal standing seem combination as its façade.
