On 22nd October 2019 disaster struck when a fire broke out on the NZICC roof level. An insurance claim for damage repairs was lodged.
Labelled “New Zealand’s meeting place for the world”, once completed, the NZICC will be the largest and most versatile conference, exhibition and entertainment space in New Zealand.
Consisting of 32,500m2 floor space and the ability to accommodate conferences for approx. 3,000 delegates with column free 9m high spaces, configurable into individual halls.
A flexible plenary theatre catering for 2,850 people is also part of the significant building features.
Cuesko’s role is to act as cost specialist as part of the Loss Adjuster’s Subject Matter Expert Team. Our role involces:
• Payment claim administration – categorisation and validation.
• Economical estimations – analysis of remedial vs. replacement costs.
• Budget estimation – Reserve fund establishment.
• Provide Work Request commentary and input on analytical cost estimation methodology, Program, calculation analytic, technical and legal assistance, commentary and response advice.
