PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The overall scheme, referred to as 29 Oscar Road, Greenhithe, Auckland comprised the sub-division of the existing 1.682 ha property into 10 serviced residential lots, ranging from 1200m2 to 1886m² including all associated site works. Cuesko’s role on the project is to act as Bank QS for the primary and mezzanine funders along with supporting the Developer.
