PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Pakuranga Golf Club development comprises the development of 145 apartments. Included in this development is a central amenities building with a bar, restaurant/café and lounge area.
The 145 apartments are made up of 3-types of apartment blocks varying between 2 and 3 levels.
The development sits on 35,000m2 of the existing Pakuranga Golf Course.
The project will be delivered in two stages with the first stage of civils works starting in December 2019 and the final stage of buildings being completed September 2023.
