PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Puhinui Road and Lambie Drive Bus Priority Lanes project consisted of the construction of bus priority lanes and cycling improvements along Puhinui Road and Lambie Drive.
The project formed part of the wider Short-Term Airport Access Improvements, and Long-Term Airport to Botany Mass Rapid Transit.
The bus priority lanes were to be installed between SH20B and Vision Place; Noel Burnside Drive and Wylie Road; Kenderdine and Wallace Road. All current on road cycling lanes were to be move to SUP along Puhinui Road.
Cuesko’s was appointed by Auckland Transport to provide parallel P50 and P95 design estimates from concept to detailed design. These were reconciled with Aurecon and presented to the client.
