The Sargeson Apartment development consists of the construction of two towers delivering 92 units ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom apartments.
In addition to the apartments, there is a swimming pool and basement carpark.
The buildings are connected with a shared common corridor.
Cuesko’s role on the project is to provide quantity surveying services which include;
• negotiating the contract with the preferred contractor
• Issuing Payment Recommendations
• Evaluate and agreeing variations.
In addition to the above, Cuesko also provide a monthly cost report to the developer and funders to update them on progress and highlight the forecast final contract value which include all current and anticipated variations.
