Cuesko has been appointed as Quantity Surveyors for all Taco Bell restaurants in New Zealand, supporting the national rollout since Taco Bell’s introduction to the New Zealand market in 2019. The programme has averaged approximately eight new restaurants per year.
Cuesko is engaged to deliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, including budgeting, preparation of schedules of quantities, tender analysis, and post-contract cost management across all Taco Bell restaurant projects nationwide.
The Taco Bell restaurants range from new-build outlets with drive-through facilities to refurbishments of existing buildings, requiring adaptable cost planning and procurement strategies.
While the rollout was temporarily impacted by Covid-19, the programme is now back on track, with a long-term target of 50–60 Taco Bell restaurants across New Zealand.
