PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Cuesko has been appointed quantity surveyors for all the Taco Bell Restaurants in New Zealand, with a roll out of eight restaurants per year since the introduction of Taco Bell to New Zealand in 2019.

Cuesko is engaged in budgeting, schedule of quantities preparation, tender analysis and post-contract quantity surveying services for all Taco Bells Restaurants in New Zealand.

The Taco Bell Restaurants range from new-build stores with ’drive-through’ facilities to refurbishments of existing building.

Currently five stores have been completed in Auckland, Waikato and Christchurch.

Covid-19 had temporarily slowed the rollout throughout New Zealand, but the programme of works is back on track with a target of 50-60 Taco Bell restaurants.
