Te Ara Korako Drive upgrade along with Park and Ride South and Laurence Stevens Drive extension are the three projects Auckland Airport will deliver at the end of 2023 which aim to bring improvement to transport links from South Auckland.
The said upgrade, include construction of TAK (4-Lanes), TAK/Nixon Road intersection, complete the Un-named road, JK’s World of Golf – accommodation works, Abbeville – accommodation works, new carpark at retail center, extension of the Ihumatao median & demolition of the end-unit of the existing shopping centre.
Cuesko provided full cost management services including but not limited to production of works tender schedule, tender analysis, bases of payment and post contract administration to make sure that the project is delivered within budget.
