PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involved the construction of a new watermain at Auckland International Airport, from Verissimo Drive to John Goulter Drive, to meet increasing demand.
The project brought several challenges including procurement of long lead materials, traffic management, ground conditions and liaison with local businesses.
AIAL engaged Cuesko for cost management services from feasibility stage through to completion.
Cuesko provided reliable cost management and quantity surveying services including design phase cost estimating, scheduling, tender evaluation & negotiation, tender recommendation, progress payment recommendations, valuation of variations and financial reporting. The project has now been successfully completed and commissioned.
